Focus Space Terms of Service

Welcome to Focus Space. By downloading, accessing, or using the Focus Space iOS application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

1. Standard EULA & Terms

Focus Space is licensed under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA): Apple Standard EULA.

2. Description of Service

Focus Space is an offline-first Pomodoro timer and focus tracking application designed to help users build focus, manage session rhythms, and track productivity momentum.

3. Subscriptions & Focus Space Premium

Focus Space offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions ("Focus Space Premium") that unlock additional features, including custom focus rhythms, extra Focus Spaces (visual sketches), auto-start breaks, and Lock Screen / Dynamic Island Live Activities.

Payment & Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID Account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Account Charge: Your Apple ID Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan ($6.99/week or $34.99/year).
Managing Subscriptions: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions at any time by going to your App Store Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription.

4. Anonymous & Local Data Ownership

Focus Space operates without account creation or registration. All your focus sessions and journal entries are stored locally on your device and in your private iCloud storage via Apple CloudKit. You retain complete ownership and control of your data.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to Focus Space—including the hand-drawn watercolor illustrations, audio compositions, user interface designs, and software code—are owned by Focus Space and protected by intellectual property laws.
