Focus Space is designed with a fundamental privacy principle: your focus practice is personal and private.
Focus Space is 100% anonymous by default. We do not require account registration, email addresses, usernames, passwords, or Sign in with Apple. You can use the app immediately after downloading without providing any personal information.
All of your focus data—including completed session minutes, custom focus rhythms, pigments, and visual preferences—is stored locally on your iOS device using Apple's SwiftData framework.
If you have iCloud enabled on your iOS device, your focus data is privately synced across your personal Apple devices using Apple's CloudKit infrastructure. This data is encrypted in transit and at rest within your private iCloud account. We (the app developers) do not host servers and have no access to your session history or private data.
Focus Space Premium subscriptions are handled directly and securely by Apple through the App Store (StoreKit 2). We do not collect, process, or store your billing information, credit card numbers, or transaction history. All subscription management is controlled through your Apple ID settings.
